| 北京中建建筑科学研究院有限公司位于北京市丰台区南苑新华路甲1号，隶属于中国建筑股份有限公司，是一家集建筑材料、施工机械、工程检测设备的研制开发，建筑行业标准工法编制，特种工程施工及建设工程质量检测鉴定于一体的科技型企业，并于1999年12月经北京市科学技术委员会批准入住中关村丰台高新技术园区。同时我单位也是中国建筑节能技术服务部、中国建筑业协会建筑节能专业委员会建筑节能检测工作部、建筑遮阳工作部的依托单位，是北京市首批获得综合能效测评资格的单位之一。
科研院现任院长赵文海，教授级高级工程师。现有职工165人，各类专业技术人员128人，其中具有中高级技术职称的有89人，教授级高工9人，享受政府特殊津贴专家5人。 科研生产的一体化使科研院始终站在建设领域的第一线，及时发现、反应技术的突破创新点和市场需求，并一直致力于建设领域关键技术问题的研究，取得了丰硕的成果。现拥有自主知识产权的科研成果有：整体预应力板柱建筑成套技术、盒子结构多层住宅建筑体系、预应力施工技术、松卡大顶滑模施工成套技术、大型储罐液压提升和倒装技术、石膏板应用配套产品及技术、混凝土外加剂、表面处理剂、耐磨材料、建筑涂料、胶黏剂、防水材料、建筑节能技术及建设工程质量检测技术和设备等科研成果142项，其中国家发明奖3项，国家科技大会奖2项，国家科委奖5项，部级奖13项次，并有33项科研成果获国家专利。另外由我院技术专家主持编写的国家、建设部和省市技术标准19篇，国家和省市级施工工法21篇。 随着科研的深入，业务的拓展，如今科研院已具备了相当丰富的实践经验和雄厚的科研实力，业务涉及了建筑、石化、电力、市政、铁路等诸多领域。主要承担节能检测设备、结构工程、建筑材料、建筑抗震、纠偏平移、大型液压设备提升等的科研开发，工程质量检测（节能检测、结构检测、常规检测）、工程质量司法鉴定、预应力、结构补强、防腐保温工程的设计施工、大型储罐倒装提升、建筑物平移的设计施工，同时也提供建筑节能和新型墙体应用技术等方面的技术咨询服务。 “与时俱进、科学发展”，北京中建建筑科学研究院有限公司将继续秉承“科技是第一生产力”的信念，将科研与生产相结合，加大科研投入力度，加速科技成果转化，向更高层次的建筑科技领域发展，推动建筑科技事业的进步。 The Beijing Building Research Institute of CSCEC,located at No.1 Xinhua Road,Nan Yuan,Fengtai District,Beijing,was established in 1975.It is a comprehensive and forward-looking high-tech enterprise which enjoys high reputation at home,integrates the scientific research,the production developments,and the special engineering constructions into a scientific and technological economic entity with the superiority of the building industry subjects and the operating vigor.It belongs to the China First Construction Engineering Division(group) of CSCEC.Now there are 165 staffs in it ,include89 people with senior and intermediate titles,5peopple who enjoy government allowance.Mr.Zhao wenhai currently hold the position of the director.
By researching and practising for many years,the Institute has formed its own specific professional fields such as Large Sized Structure Systems,New Typed Building Materials,Mordern Construction Appliances and Equipment,Construction Test ,Building Energy Efficiency and Computer Software and so on .Since its founding ,the Institute has won more than 200 Scientific and Technological Prize,in which 7 items are awarded by state ,73 items are awarded by provinces,ministries,and Beijing city.The products and technics have covered the building mechanic,electric,petrolic,cemic,informative industries,and spread over than 20 provinces and cities.The Institute has made cooperation or technical exchange with U.K.,USA,France ,Canada,Yugoslavia,etc,more than 10 countries.
After registred as a legal person of enterprise in 1994,we make a great effort in the areas of science and technology innovation,new products development,commercialization and the marketing.We have established Center of Research,Center of Information,Center of Testing,Special Engineering Company and a production base of quite large scale.In recent years,we have made significant progress in R&D and marketing.
The main products and technics are as follows:Prestressed Colum-slab Structure System,the Sets of the Box-structure Muti-storied Residential Building System,Prestressed Construction,the full Sets of Technics for Large Sized Equipment Lifting,Full Sets of Technics and Equipment for Steel Welding Joint and Mechanical Joint,the Construction Gypsum prodducts and Techics,Concrete Addtive,Building Boundary Adhesives,Building Waterproof Materials,Building Coatings,Thermal Indsulation Materials and Technics for Saving Energy,Energy Efficiecy Test Technics ,etc.
